Fraud! Don't book. They don't give all the details in advance, only after booking you'll realize that there will be additional charges at the hotel. I reported them to the FTC for fraud.

Worst Third Party App Ever!!! Ive used so many third party applications because I travel often and stay in many hotels. This is the WORST COMPANY I have every dealt with in my entire life. I made a reservation for the wrong date on accident and instead of canceling it they charged me full night stay and then just stopped answering the phones!

We drove 2 days to Jacksonville Florida… We drove 2 days to Jacksonville Florida from Ohio in January. Had our hotel booked from the 4th to the 12th. When we got to the hotel, our reservation had been cancelled. We were told that since we didn't show up on the 2nd they had cancelled our room. We had to go to another hotel and shorten our trip because of their mistake in booking our hotel. I double checked & I did put in the 4th to the 12th. When I called them, they were very rude. I've been fighting them for 4 months. Do not use them. They are not professional at all.

Made a booking for 1 night stay in… Made a booking for 1 night stay in Jacksonville, hotel had some trouble finding the reservation code because I made it only 10 minutes before walking in, got all sorted and checked in, saved like $15

GET HELP IF YOUR RESERVATION DID NOT WORK... I also went through a bad expereince with the booking, however I reached out to the CEO of MobyTrip and he made sure I received a refund. Not sure why there are so many reservations not working. Something they should fix.
