GET HELP IF YOUR RESERVATION DID NOT WORK... I also went through a bad expereince with the booking, however I reached out to the CEO of MobyTrip and he made sure I received a refund. Not sure why there are so many reservations not working. Something they should fix.

Fraud! Don't book. They don't give all the details in advance, only after booking you'll realize that there will be additional charges at the hotel. I reported them to the FTC for fraud.

Fraudulent advertising Fraudulent advertising. Mobytrip shows a lower price than other hotel booking websites so I used it. But I was charged a resort fee at check in. Mobytrip never showed me that there is a resort fee during my entire booking process. Mobytrip falsely show a low price and hide the resort fee so that you will choose it but you will end up paying more than other legitimate website like Expedia.

You pay more going through them than directly through the hotel or maybe a more trustworthy booking company because they charge their own fees besides the hotel charging theirs. We didnt even end up staying in the hotel we booked after realizing we were paying way more than we originally thought , we went and looked for another hotel and now there’s no way to get our money back for that first hotel!

Tired and weary traveler. I was traveling for 18 hours and tired I was traveling for 18 hours and tired. I booked a room at the hotel which I thought was for tonight. I immediately discovered it was for a week later, I cancelled the reservation and immediately it said no refund on cancellations. I was so tired i missed the date. I immediately reached out to Moby and a miss RM took the call. Through many tries she was able to get me a refund. The superior customer service, excellent response and thoroughness of miss RM is note worthy and commendable. In a time when so many never care or give any service RM was awesome. I give her 5 stars for the best service,attitude and abilities. Thank you so much!
