I booked online motel I booked a motel online got their on the actual date and the motel was temporarily closed due to busted pipes.. I've called and waited for a response on a refund which they said was confirmed and it's 2 weeks later nothing has happened.. they blocked my number and took my money which is ridiculous.. can anyone assist me on my next procedure I should take this has been a stressful experience..

GET HELP IF YOUR RESERVATION DID NOT WORK... I also went through a bad expereince with the booking, however I reached out to the CEO of MobyTrip and he made sure I received a refund. Not sure why there are so many reservations not working. Something they should fix.

I booked a hotel in Thomasville I booked a hotel in Thomasville, Georgia. To visit my sister that was in the hospital, it was Thomasville, Alabama. The hotel in Alabama was the only one that kept on popping up. That's when I realized at the hotel that I booked in the wrong city. When I called them they told me they would instantly give me a refund, They didn't want to help me.They kept on cutting me off.Saying I will get it and be patient. It's been a week. When I called today they completely blocked my number. I paid for 2 hotels in one night. As soon as you call, they seem very helpful.Then after that, they don't want to help you and it's very unfortunate.You put one city in state and and it keeps on directing to the wrong state. Whatever you do Get your hotel reservations from the actual Hotel. It was late at night and I was just trying to find a hotel room. It's a shame that they're still up and running.They're absolutely horrible don't use them!!!!

They said my total was just 44.95 do I… They said my total was just 44.95 do I agree I accepted then after the fact it says I had pay additional 20.33 cents it said TOTAL DUE 44.95 it's a scam n they argued me down saying the hotel can cancel no they can't fix mobys mistake n that I simply can't get my money back I started ask for supervisor none is available these are scammers completly

Made a booking for 1 night stay in… Made a booking for 1 night stay in Jacksonville, hotel had some trouble finding the reservation code because I made it only 10 minutes before walking in, got all sorted and checked in, saved like $15
