I booked a hotel in Thomasville I booked a hotel in Thomasville, Georgia. To visit my sister that was in the hospital, it was Thomasville, Alabama. The hotel in Alabama was the only one that kept on popping up. That's when I realized at the hotel that I booked in the wrong city. When I called them they told me they would instantly give me a refund, They didn't want to help me.They kept on cutting me off.Saying I will get it and be patient. It's been a week. When I called today they completely blocked my number. I paid for 2 hotels in one night. As soon as you call, they seem very helpful.Then after that, they don't want to help you and it's very unfortunate.You put one city in state and and it keeps on directing to the wrong state. Whatever you do Get your hotel reservations from the actual Hotel. It was late at night and I was just trying to find a hotel room. It's a shame that they're still up and running.They're absolutely horrible don't use them!!!!

Fraud! Don't book. They don't give all the details in advance, only after booking you'll realize that there will be additional charges at the hotel. I reported them to the FTC for fraud.

Tired and weary traveler. I was traveling for 18 hours and tired I was traveling for 18 hours and tired. I booked a room at the hotel which I thought was for tonight. I immediately discovered it was for a week later, I cancelled the reservation and immediately it said no refund on cancellations. I was so tired i missed the date. I immediately reached out to Moby and a miss RM took the call. Through many tries she was able to get me a refund. The superior customer service, excellent response and thoroughness of miss RM is note worthy and commendable. In a time when so many never care or give any service RM was awesome. I give her 5 stars for the best service,attitude and abilities. Thank you so much!

Would leave no stars!! SCAM!! Would leave no stars, Booked a reservation through the website but when I got to the hotel; the hotel said the website didn’t submit the payment even though the website had already charged my card! Now I’m out $300 and no room to stay!! Unacceptable when customer service is nonexistent!!!! SCAM!! Took the money and ran!! DONT BOOK THROUGH THIS SITE!

Fraudulent advertising Fraudulent advertising. Mobytrip shows a lower price than other hotel booking websites so I used it. But I was charged a resort fee at check in. Mobytrip never showed me that there is a resort fee during my entire booking process. Mobytrip falsely show a low price and hide the resort fee so that you will choose it but you will end up paying more than other legitimate website like Expedia.
