Stay away from them at all costs Stay away from them at all costs. They take your money and then you’ll never hear from them again. There’s no way to speak with them only a messaging system. I’ve sent 10+ messages over 2 months and yet to get a response. I tested positive for Covid days before our trip and despite the hotel telling me their will be no cancellation charge on their end , Lovevacations took our money with no option to reschedule or anything. $700 wasted. Thanks Lovevacations!

We have tried for over 4 months to… We have tried for over 4 months to contact lovevacations to find out about our cancelled trip to Hawaii without success. lovevacations cancelled our trip (due to Covid which is understandable), received the funds back from the hotel and haven't contacted us regarding how we can use those funds for future travel. And, there is no way to email, call or chat with lovevacations online. They have literally disappeared with our money. We have issued a fraud complaint with our credit card company.

We never got an email confirmation. We never got an email confirmation number and we have been trying to contact Lovevacations for over 5 days to cancel the booking. But can't log in without an confirmation number. All we have is a quote reference # 5532950KALS4DFDGT. So if you can find our reservation buy this number, Please cancel it. Poor customer service and inaccurate information. Communication with the company regarding our trip cancelation was poor. We were initially sent an email that said we would not be refunded our trip. Months later we were issued a credit. When booking our new dates we were told we could change our trip if necessary due to all that was going on. When I found better prices and wanted to change based on their guidelines I was ignored by their support team and given the run around.

Using them again..... I’m not sure why there have been any negative reviews. Everything was great using Lovevacations. I’ve booked another trip through them for October 2020 and my husbands 50th birthday. Hopefully it will go just as seamlessly and as expected!
