This is a scam! This is a scam!! We booked a week vacation in Mexico and couldn't go due to the Covid pandemic. They had on the website that they would give refunds if you wasn't aloud to travel due to covid but the said our vacation was non refundable. My husband called the resort and they didn't have a booking for us! Don't use this vacation site unless you want to loose your money.

Your company is awful you screwed me… Your company is awful you screwed me out of almost 600.00 we sent u a message to reschedule due to a family member having COVID. You only have one way to contact u and it’s three email and you never responded back to us. No call or nothing and your website clearly states we can rebook !!!!

I would like my refund I would like my refund! I had booked a stay at the Old Faithful Inn and canceled the next day because the hotel is closed for Covid-19. I could not reach anyone via phone, email or your online chat. I am beyond angry that your company is so corrupt it would not automatically refund a client for a HOTEL THAT ISN'T OPEN. Additionally, I canceled in time per your policies but I couldn't reach ANYONE AT YOUR COMPANY aside from the form. CONTACT ME AND REFUND MY MONEY

I booked a trip a couple weeks before… I booked a trip a couple weeks before 4th of July to another state. The city implemented a curfew and closed businesses. Needless to say I never went on the trip because it was affected by COVID. According to the policy of lovevacations, I was supposed to be contacted to make future arrangements. I have not been contacted yet. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone at customer service. Guess its a loss.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip… Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip due to Covid, and we were within the cancellation window and we had to fight to get our money back. This company would not respond to emails and is impossible to get a hold of. Still in the process of trying to get our money back after a month! Sadly would not suggest this company if there is a chance that you might need to adjust or cancel plans.
