Horrible dishonest company Horrible dishonest company. If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgusting you are ripping people off during this dire situation. Unethical. Stay away from this company. Save yourself the headache. Scam. Sham. Run!!

I booked a trip a couple weeks before… I booked a trip a couple weeks before 4th of July to another state. The city implemented a curfew and closed businesses. Needless to say I never went on the trip because it was affected by COVID. According to the policy of lovevacations, I was supposed to be contacted to make future arrangements. I have not been contacted yet. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone at customer service. Guess its a loss.

Everything ended up very well Everything ended up very well. All reservations worked perfectly ! The only thing we think could have been better is that our reservation was for one hotel that was actually closed, but they moved us to another of the same level from the same chain of hotels, but nobody told us that before hand so we were in the dark as of where were we going to stay. When we tried to reach out to Love Vacations, they sent a text saying that everything was OK but they never explained how the situation was going to be solved. Fortunately, the guys from the transportation to the hotel new that guests from the first hotel were being taken in the other hotel.

Using them again..... I’m not sure why there have been any negative reviews. Everything was great using Lovevacations. I’ve booked another trip through them for October 2020 and my husbands 50th birthday. Hopefully it will go just as seamlessly and as expected!

Wasted my money! I called the hotel, left messages and emails to make sure that my trip could be executed. I even tried to contact Lovevacations via phone and the chat and I got NO response from anyone. I did not go on my trip and I did not get a refund nor a notification about any type of accommodations or credits I could possibly receive. The contact was HORRIBLE!! You cannot blame this entirely on Covid-19.
