GBI booked a trip a couple weeks before… I booked a trip a couple weeks before 4th of July to another state. The city implemented a curfew and closed businesses. Needless to say I never went on the trip because it was affected by COVID. According to the policy of lovevacations, I was supposed to be contacted to make future arrangements. I have not been contacted yet. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone at customer service. Guess its a loss.

GBScam Horrible! You do not exist, you are a scam. We attempted to change our reservations, following your directions completely. You never got back to us. We called our hotel on the day we were to arrive and our reservation did not exist. Calls were never answered. Emails never answered. We were able to get a refund from the airline, but you stole over $1100.

GBUsing them again..... I’m not sure why there have been any negative reviews. Everything was great using Lovevacations. I’ve booked another trip through them for October 2020 and my husbands 50th birthday. Hopefully it will go just as seamlessly and as expected!

GBYour company is awful you screwed me… Your company is awful you screwed me out of almost 600.00 we sent u a message to reschedule due to a family member having COVID. You only have one way to contact u and it’s three email and you never responded back to us. No call or nothing and your website clearly states we can rebook !!!!

GBPoor customer service and inaccurate information. Communication with the company regarding our trip cancelation was poor. We were initially sent an email that said we would not be refunded our trip. Months later we were issued a credit. When booking our new dates we were told we could change our trip if necessary due to all that was going on. When I found better prices and wanted to change based on their guidelines I was ignored by their support team and given the run around.
