We arrived at Dubrovnik airport… We arrived at Dubrovnik airport yesterday. One luggage was missing. We made a claim. They deliver us the missing luggage today in Montenegro. Such a good customer service.thank you🤗🤗

Lost luggage, no response on emails or telephones 10 days ago we returned from a trip without luggage. Until today there is still no information. When registering, they immediately told us not to try to call them on the phone because it doesn't work. we tried using other numbers to reach the lost luggage department, but the others say that we can only use that number, which is not working. we still try to call, it rings but no one answers. and so all day. two pieces of luggage are involved, without any trace. they also do not respond to e-mails. what frivolity of an airline.

Few very bad experiences over the years I'm really sick of dealing with them. They have cancelled so many flights over the past few years and they don't even bother to notify you of this. Totally unreliable and extremely unprofessional. Just a terrible company to deal with, I hope I will not be doing the same in the future and would not recommend anyone to even try it.

Robbed!!! Due to fully booked flight, I was told that I cannot bring my hand luggage into the cabin and was forced to give it away at the gate (so they'd put it in the baggage compartment). All of my personal stuff was there and, although it was a direct flight Frankfurt-Zagreb, they have managed to loose it on the way so I had literally nothing to wear the next day at the conference (flight arrived at 23pm on Friday evening and the conference was on Saturday morning), but that's not the worst part. The luggage arrived 2 day later and half of my stuff were MISSING!!! Someone actually opened it and took everything except the clothes. CA refused to take responsibility for that and denied my refund request.
