MXIf you are thinking about flying on Jet Blue please reconsider On Saturday Jet Blue had to cancel a flight due to a problem with the plane so on Sunday they gave the Saturday people our plane and we were stuck in the airport for over 8 hours while they tried to fix that plane. So instead of inconvenience for one plane they did it to two groups of passengers. There was no reason or logic to this. They should have made other arrangements for the Saturday passengers and not bothered us. They told us nothing and when we said the crew probably would be over their hours they insisted no until that became the reason. The website said that we had taken off so people went to the airport to pick us up. The emails kept pushing back the time and it didn’t match what it said at the gate. During this time we received food vouchers for $15 dollars. To put that in perspective a slice of pizza cost $17 dollars. Those vouchers should match the cost of the food at the airport you are in. If we had been told earlier about the plane situation we could have tried to make other arrangements or maybe the people from the Saturday flight could have been accommodated prior to our flight being screwed up. There were passengers there with small children. They did nothing for us. They could have passed out water to everyone. They could have told us what was going on. We asked what was wrong with the plane and they said they didn’t know. I don’t blame the people at the gate. I believe they were also in the dark.

GBAssaulted by FAs. I was assaulted by FAs and an attorney is making a claim on JetBlue for me. It's a long shot but I am asking if anyone has had rude or unprofessional treatment from flight attendants. If you have, please woud you tell me their names? If the name/s you give match the name/s I have, it would strengthen my case. Thank you very much.

GBAvoid the Boston JetBlue experience The customer service at Boston airport is shockingly slow, we missed our flight (and almost the second one) due to lengthy check-in process, far longer than any other airport. Automated responses when complaints were sent via a character-limited web-form. Cold food and rancid, mentally unstable passenger in front of us was not dealt with by flight attendants. Avoid at all cost.

GBI’ve flown JetBlue a few times now for… I’ve flown JetBlue a few times now for regional trips up and down the East Coast. Check-in at the airport is always smooth and their app makes boarding easy breezy. I also appreciate that even standard economy seats have enough legroom not to feel cramped. A reliable and comfortable airline.

AUJetBlue and Allianz Global do not pay out claims as promised JetBlue employs Allianz Global as their insurer for flight claims. I am deeply dissatisfied with how Allianz Global deal with JetBlue’s affairs. This process has taken 11 weeks of emailing, and an error sent to the incorrect bank account. The service is non responsive and slow. They will not rectify the situation or create solutions to pay the correct bank account, or pay out their claims as promised. They just send automated responses and don’t fix it.
