GBTravelocity has the absolute worst… Travelocity has the absolute worst customer service of all time. Worth it to spend even a little more to NOT book with them. We had a flight ready to book, hit book, and their site said "unable to book try again in a few moments". We called in after trying and getting the same error. In the 5 min it took to get an agent, the flight price had gone up over $100. They refused to honor the price from 5 min ago even with screenshots of their websites error. When asking for a supervisor, the first agent "dropped" the call after leaving us on hold and the second agent just refused to transfer us saying a supervisor would not do anything for us.

GBTravelocity Travel Insurance/Global Luxury Suites FAIL We had a week long stay booked at the Global Luxury Suites in Boston,MA thru Travelocity with insurance. We had to cancel because my Brother in Law suffered a brain hemmorage/Stroke which eventually caused his death.Travel Insurance won't pay, Global Luxury Suites won't recognize our cancellation thru Travelocity. If that wasn't enough, my husbands credit card is now being used fraudulently likely because Global Luxury suites requires a COLOR copy of your credit card when you book. We have booked with Travelocity in the past without issue but this time the ball has been dropped and we have been left hanging in very desperate and tragic situation.

GBFalse advertising on pricing! Travelocity has been nothing but a nightmare in the last few months! Every time you try to book anything with the price that is offered to you, it gets bumped up right before making the reservation! I have tried multiple times, different days, and times and they manage to increase your travel itinerary every time! Shame on you Travelocity! I will book another way……

GBNever book with these bozos. Travelocity is what is called a third party seller. If you book an airline ticket, a cruise, hotel, etc., and you have a problem, you are unable to deal with the actual company they represent. My flight was changed by more than 7 hours, Travelocity wouldn't rebook me on another flight, something they're required to do or issue a refund. The airline told me that since I bought from Travelocity, they had to handle the refund request or rebooking. Travelocity did neither. AMEX stepped in when I contested the charge and it was charged back to Travelocity. According to the airline, this is par for the course with all third party sellers with the exception of brick and mortar travel agencies.

GBOne only because 0 not an option One only because 0 not an option. Promised refund, given half. Spoke to at least 5 agents. Give a plus to 1st gentleman, after that communication barriers didn’t help. Very poor customer service. Will be my last dealing with Travelocity.
