I mistakly cancelled my booking and I… I mistakly cancelled my booking and I lost €157, since they take 60€ cancellation fee and I lost it all since they won't do anything. BIG SCAM COMPANY. Never booking with WizzAir again. Freaking SCAM.

ABSOLUTE SCAM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE… ABSOLUTE SCAM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HANGS UP ON ME. Outbound: 30 PEOPLE in overbooking with 1 free seat. No hotel or food voucher, just an absolutely cumbersome process (still havent managed). Inbound: the website crashed 5 times in a row and gives me all sorts of errors. I could't add my own phone number to my booking and I had to start this extremely cumbersome process 5 times. On top of this, the website explicitely says I have 0 checked in bags so I buy one, to then find out I paid for this twice (44 EUR each). I call customer service to ask for a refund and they hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. The second time they say they do not care and that I could have read the T&C more carefully. The whole service is a scam to trick you into paying more. Terrible service all across the board, avoid at all costs. Airlines should stop exploit clients.

the company is really negative the company is really negative. They anticipated my flight without sending a mail and it's quite impossible to have a direct contact with agents or the cuatomer service.

Sorry, never again....! There is no reason to purchase Wizz priority as they use priority to clear up the long queues and late comers. That resulted in us nearly missing our flight although we arrived as suggested. They also scheduled 3 flights at the same time which caused long queues and delays. Sorry, never again!!

Wizzair purposely makes the check-in procedure unclear in order to make money The managers/owners are making a massive mistake by running the company in such way that customers come out of the experience feeling scammed by Wizzair. We arrived at the Luton airport with a printed travel itinerary as the info about the check-in procedure was hidden in the bottom of the email in very small letters. We were charged £40 each for boarding passes at the airport. Now, wiser from the first flight, I checked in online (7 days before the return flight as the check-in showed open) and could not finalise the check in procedure without paying for seats for us!!!! If this is not trying to scam travellers into buying cheap flights and then being purposely unclear about the instructions about the check-in procedure, I do not know what is. I am gravely disappointed.
