HKEven worse follow up to a bad review So, in response to my review below, ctrip just called saying that I had made a mistake on their system. I think they are confused about their own policy. There is a big difference between changing a name on a flight and correcting a name on a flight. I am the same person! However, it seems to be ctrips policy to just deflect liability rather than help their customers. Wrong attitude and I won't be using them again. It feels like they only called to antagonize me having basically stolen the 600rmb from me.

HKShows up false prices always The initial searched prizes are not available during the payment. Everytime the price keeps on changing. I tried for many destinations and for different flight and date combinations, everytime same thing repeats. Ctrip is just fooling the people to route to their website first and later forcing the ppl to buy for higher prices. Very cheap business tricks.

GBDO NOT USE CTRIP Ctrip is a disgrace, I’ve used it a lot as I live in China. However I will never use it again. Flights that are listed, continuously show no tickets available once you get through to the paying page, even worse if you are flying with a Chinese national. Different flights are available to different people at different prices. Please save your self time and money and use a more honest platform.

GBTrying to book a BA ticket from London … Trying to book a BA ticket from London to Basel, Switzerland and when I go to do the payment details, it keeps saying payment card type is wrong when it isn't! I am paying with a visa debit card and it's telling me its the wrong type but why?!?! Can't book my ticket and after seeing all these reviews I feel put off. Sky scanner is a very trusted website and to be going through a 'secure booking' on sky scanner and it not being like that all because of Ctrip is making them look terrible.

GBI booked a flight using Budgetair in… I booked a flight using Budgetair in December 2022. Unfortunately, my airline canceled my flight that was booked initially using budgetair. I contacted the airline, and they are apologetic and willing to return the money. I sent 30 emails to budget air, and the issue has not been resolved. Budget air customer correspondents are not responding to my request. This has been a big headache and a hassle. It does not provide the best customer experience as they don't have a phone number. All communication is done only using email. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could contact me and get this resolved.
