Mr. Ortha was so very helpful, never rushing things, very calm and professional. I now have my agenda together for my trip and I am very grateful for the time Mr Ortha took in helping me. Shelly Smith was helpful and knowledgable Shelly Smith was very efficient and helpful with both reservations, enabling me to be seated on the same flight with a friend from RDU to Tampa, and a separate return flight for myself from Tampa to Seattle. I was grateful that she could help me with two different airlines.

Don't use these clowns I was going to go to Arizona last December and when I canceled the jackals charged me a 100 dollar cancelation fee. I canceled because nothing was open due to covid. They didn't give a rats petuty they just wanted my credit card number so that they could make an extra 100 dollars off of me. They gave me a 200 dollar travel voucher and I went to there web sight and I couldn't find where to even look up for the dates that I want to go to Arizona at the beginning of next year. I'll never use these clowns again. I'll go to the airlines website even if it costs me more money.

I called with an issue, I had purchased a flight and by mistake I upgraded the flight to business class when it should’ve been For economic, the lady that answered the phone and helped me out was Sarah Green, she was very professional and with her great customer service skills she was able to helped me out with that matter.
