In addition to a painless booking experience, they also have our backs while we're at sea on those occasions when a cruise line is 'confused' about a promised onboard perk. It's also important to note that they offer some great deals. Their all-in price (after including onboard credits, etc.) is nearly always the best or second best across 5-6 travel agencies that we shop, including Costco Travel.
