GBHave used Smartcruiser about five or… Have used Smartcruiser about five or six times for different cruises. The reason we keep coming back is Kim Tuchek the rep from Smart cruiser, she is very easy, pleasant and knowledgeable about the different trips we have taken. Have recommended her to friends and family. Always goes the extra step to help us and if she doesn't have the answer she will find the answer. Just can't say enough good things about Kim. Haven't dealt with anyone else at Smartcuiser so I'm sure they have other knowledgeable people working there.

GBChanges due to Covid-19 This has been a challenge due to Covid-19 scheduling a cruise. The first cruise scheduled was a 7 day Alaska inside passage cruise that was canceled due to Covid-19. Now we have gone through getting credits, refunds and scheduling another cruise. Through all of this we have been helped by Patti Hernadez from Smart Cruiser. Needless to say it has been a challenge but Patti has been a bright spot through it all and has helped cancel, get credits and refunds as well as scheduling another cruise that will hopefully take place this coming November. Without this assistance this could have been much worse than just frustrating as it has been working with the cruise line. Thanks Smart Cruiser for having such great personnel to help us

CAFor cruise booking For cruise booking, I usually check price with my favorite cruise liner Holland America and also various agents, but always finally call my favourite agent and friend Bob Friedman to match or improve the best price available elsewhere, and then book my trip with him. And Bob is a wonderful guy, always patient with me and always tries to save my money. Right now, for my current fully paid booking, he is going to talk the cruise liner if I could get their very recent price drop.

ILIt was my first experience dealing with… It was my first experience dealing with cruise reservation with company so far away from home. Everything went smoothly and prossionaly.
