GBLove Smart Cruiser!!! Best online cruise website. Always offers lowest prices available plus generous onboard credit. Very easy to navigate and like being able to see all cabin categories and map of available cabins. Agents are also very knowledgeable and helpful, but never any pressure to book.

Helpful website, easy to navigate. The agent I have now (Jennifer) is quick to respond, helpful, courteous and has a sense of humor. Will recommend Smart Cruiser to friends and family.

GBGreat Agency! We have booked over 25 cruises with SmartCruiser over the past 10 years or so. Over the years we have received great service from three of their agents (Jennifer, Kim, and Amber). In addition to a painless booking experience, they also have our backs while we're at sea on those occasions when a cruise line is 'confused' about a promised onboard perk. It's also important to note that they offer some great deals. Their all-in price (after including onboard credits, etc.) is nearly always the best or second best across 5-6 travel agencies that we shop, including Costco Travel. When they are second best we usually book with them anyway due to their superior service. We highly recommend SmartCruiser to anyone seeking the best combination of price and service.

GBChanges due to Covid-19 This has been a challenge due to Covid-19 scheduling a cruise. The first cruise scheduled was a 7 day Alaska inside passage cruise that was canceled due to Covid-19. Now we have gone through getting credits, refunds and scheduling another cruise. Through all of this we have been helped by Patti Hernadez from Smart Cruiser. Needless to say it has been a challenge but Patti has been a bright spot through it all and has helped cancel, get credits and refunds as well as scheduling another cruise that will hopefully take place this coming November. Without this assistance this could have been much worse than just frustrating as it has been working with the cruise line. Thanks Smart Cruiser for having such great personnel to help us
