DEDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Awful. Slow. Ineffective. Twice now I have paid to get a Chinese visa in time for an invited international seminar, paying over $850 each time for "premium service" and overnight prepaid shipping. However, TWICE, as in BOTH TIMES that I have used this service, CIBT has failed to get me a VISA in time for travel. This last time they had 6+ weeks to get it done. However, representatives take an average of 3-4 business days to respond to any emails or even phone calls (if they respond at all), thus I fail to see how any of this is "premium" service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pick a local travel agency, or apply yourself. I will also be informing my University to STOP suggesting anyone use this company for visa applications in the future.

GBCan't handle the workload Receptionist had be going in circle for an hour trying to reach someone. Unable to get through to customer service, so think about that before you rely on a visa for an important trip!

GBHorrible Customer Support Customer support is almost non-existent! My visa application for China was in limbo for over a month! My email requests for support went unanswered. I had to call 5 different times to finally reach someone who could help figure out what was going on... Turns out, their online application portal was "not working properly", so I had to redo the application in PDF form. The total time, from my application and payment to receipt of my visa was almost 7 weeks!!! The turnaround time was advertised as 5-10 business days. For a service that cost over $900, this is completely unacceptable! Either find a different service or do it yourself.

SGHORRIBLE company!! I would prefer to give them a giant ZERO!! I used Travisa several years before covid to get extended visas. Everything went smooth and easy access to a representative. Today, after entering my bankcard info, I started the Philippine application form, had a question and tried to reach a representative. I paid for Premium service! Every time I called the premium service phone number after a couple of minutes, they would disconnect the call. After several attempts over about 3 hours, I finally called their general contact number and told the representative to stop my application and I will not initiate any service with them due to their horrible service. After the call I received an email saying my Premium service representative would contact me in 2 business days. Unacceptable. They have become a HORRIBLE company! Do not use them!

GBCIBT literally saved our vacation CIBT literally saved our vacation. I noticed 2 weeks prior to our departure that my husbands passport expired a month earlier. I called the local Gov't agencies that you can go to as the owner and walk thru yourself but the closest on was Denver Colorado 6 states away. it would have cost more to fly there and do it ourselves than what CIBT charged. All the closer drivable locations were completely booked.
