The New Search Monster Solution is…BAD The New Search Monster Solution is awful and useless. Though monster boast its more powerful, reality is useless, old product or solution whatever we call is way better. I don't think monster is taking negative feedback serious and putting genuine effort in giving value to their customers. Placing a Job ad is not so helpful, they have many restrictions is ad display, and response was very bad, not even single useful resume. Resume database search is bad, again many restrictions. they need to immediately improve and give value to the customers. I doubt if they are providing access to complete database.

Typical key word search company Monster claims they match people not key words. The majority of applicants for a field position in excavating were applying for administrative employment.....Totally opposite ends of the spectrum..... All due to one word in the ad. (assistant). Be careful of your wording. I did call and have the wording changed the person who "assisted" me was professional and helpful. I wonder if she replied to an ad on Monster!!!

Easy to use. Easy to use. Better search results. Good Pool of candidates. The bad thing is that many of the resumes does not have their contact information mentioned in their resumes.

Consistent job board with some minor flaws Monster has been good to us over the years for finding qualified candidates. Typically the applications/candidate resumes are a decent fit for the roles we have advertised. Only minor complaints. When positing a job, the categories which a specific job falls under (mostly technology related) need to be added/updated to include more current positions. Also, when positing a job description, even when using the included 'copy/paste' tool, the formatting is inconsistent. (font size change, bullet points are further apart...etc.)

I hope we can open a resume on a… I hope we can open a resume on a different tab. And as far as I know, downloading each resume will deduct 1 view which is very inconvenient. I hope that rumor isn't true as we are unable to copy and paste the whole resume since it's posted as an image. Lastly, I hope you can add a field in the results page where we can see each candidate's work authorization.
