Being a big company like Monster, they should do better!! Everything on Monster.com is focused on sales, bud if the sales is done there is no much an recruiter or employer can envoi. We are very disappointed about the provided candidate management system, respectively the not good enough tools they provide to teach an recruiter how to use their systems. You should take sometime a look at your competitors in pricing and provided management tools.

New experience with hiring through Monster We had never placed an ad on line before and had always used the local newspaper which would have provided a small ad for 3 days at 2/3 of the cost of Monster. We received over 30 applications in less than 2 weeks, and were able to hire someone within that period of time. I would strongly recommend using Monster for any employer who is needing another employee.

I don't get the resumes that I am… I don't get the resumes that I am looking for using keywords on a regular basis. I really don't like the format or the search page. I unfortunately have never gotten a hire from Monster. I wish that when posting a position I had more industry options or categories to choices.

Not bad, not good. Nothing wrong, but it also rarely provides me with quality candidates, which isn't necessarily the fault of Monster. My company fronts the cost, so I am unsure if it's worth the value.

The New Search Monster Solution is…BAD The New Search Monster Solution is awful and useless. Though monster boast its more powerful, reality is useless, old product or solution whatever we call is way better. I don't think monster is taking negative feedback serious and putting genuine effort in giving value to their customers. Placing a Job ad is not so helpful, they have many restrictions is ad display, and response was very bad, not even single useful resume. Resume database search is bad, again many restrictions. they need to immediately improve and give value to the customers. I doubt if they are providing access to complete database.
