THINK ENERGY LOST PAYMENTS THINK ENERGY LOST 3 PAYMENTS. I SENT PROOF OF PAYMENTS THEY WANTED ME TO DISPUTE THE PAYMENT AND WRITE THEM A CHECK. BUT THEN THEY DONT RESPOND TO THE BANK. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION ON 4-6-23 TO DATE THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HAVE POOR LISTENING SKILLS AND READING IS WORSE. AS I WAS LOOKING AT OTHER REVIEWS I SEE THAT THINK ENERGY ONLY REPONDS TO CERTAIN REVIEWS. I WOULD LOVE FOR SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE TO SEE THIS AND CONTACT ME
