Best Energy Provider I have found Best Energy Provider I have found. Been researching energy companies for several years and they all have hidden fees and gimmicks. Think Energy is exactly what they claim to be. One of the lowest fixed rate in almost all markets. but the best part is they give that fixed rate for 3 years. most companies do not do that.

Poor Customer Service. Poor Customer Service. Make that VERY Poor Customer Service. Bill is higher than contract amount. They NEVER return phone calls as they promise. I called 5 times in one week, left messages as instructed, never received a return call. I also had a $146 credit that they have yet to explain where it went (not to me). Avoid these people.
