Peter and his SuperstarTeam… Peter and his Team went about the under flooring Insulation and boiler fittment with a first class professional approach. From when they arrived on site the Team were very polite,organised and focussed on the job in hand.They worked in a clean and appreciative manner and once complete re- established the house and contents which had been removed to complete the work. Poor Customer Service. Poor Customer Service. Make that VERY Poor Customer Service. Bill is higher than contract amount. They NEVER return phone calls as they promise. I called 5 times in one week, left messages as instructed, never received a return call. I also had a $146 credit that they have yet to explain where it went (not to me). Avoid these people.
