GBMy Home Burned, and Octopus Stepped Up To Make Sure I Was Okay. I haven’t had a bad experience with Octopus since I started using them. Every phone call, email, and chat has been very positive. I am writing this review because my home burned down, and Octopus has been nothing but kind and helpful. They weren’t worried at all about the loss of revenue, and wanted to make sure I was okay and safe. I am so grateful. Lizzeth communicated with me through email after my call to make sure that I was okay, and that they had sent me an incredibly generous gift card to pay for groceries. I am beyond grateful. They have a loyal customer in me for when I do have a home again.

GBProblem solved with excellent and speedy service I had a problem with payment methods and called, they answered within a minute and I was able to talk to a real human being, Eric. He was very professional and got my issue sorted in just a few minutes. Dealing with bills sucks already, this being easy made it a lot less painful <3

I was impressed by his true professionalism, knowledge, caring nature and especially for his patience and understanding. He resolved the issue promptly as well. He is an asset to Octopus Energy and is an exceptional representative for the company. Payden's commitment to the highest level of customer service is to be commended. I hope that his hard work and dedication is acknowledged and rewarded.
