I have received consistent excellent customer service from OE being able to send email which gets responded to. I can call and get to speak with someone in less than 1 hour (which is what I experience with my current provider). So helpful thank you.

A real person sorted it out! Great recent experience sorting out a billing issue. Thanks to - 'Charlotte OB11' - for the help Stopped receiving bills for two months for some reason. But it was all sorted out about half an hour after I called up. Have found Octopus' customer service very good so far. You call up and speak to a real person who can sort things out.
