GBPaying utilities AND solar now Signed up in may.. we are at mid-October and are still waiting on the inspection so we can get hooked up. Our rep quit so we have no one advocating for us as our local solar installer drags their feet and flakes on us multiple time. Now we are paying for utilities AND solar at the same time. We regret signing up. Don’t do it.

GBThere are still panels missing on my… There are still panels missing on my roof by just 3, which wasn’t as promised on the contract I signed and was told. I am disappointed, I will be contacting again in regards to what’s next to do either a cancellation or they have to complete their job and add the left over promised pieces

GBAbsolute slobs!! Arrived on time, put the solar panels on the roof as agreed upon. I’m unaware as of now whether they work since they’re not connected yet. They needed to move various items in my garage to find room to place an electrical box on the wall. In the process they broke a floor based shelf when they torqued it when moving it. They left my garage completely torn apart, didn’t move anything back where it had been, didn’t even sweep up all the sawdust or various small pieces of leftover wood scraps. They left multiple wrappers and trash in my yard. A Vivant jacket was even left on my garage floor. Absolute slobs!!

GBAdding myself to the list of very… Adding myself to the list of very unfortunate souls who bought into the con man/salesman presentation. “Bill will go down. You were accepted for free solar because of your high energy bills. We’re going to put enough panels on to bring your bill as close to $0 as possible.” Surprise! Bill has gone up. Paying more Vivint than SoCalEdison without their panels. Being out of work because of COVID-19 for a year is capped off by being scammed by Vivint. There is certainly a special place in Hell for them. Stay away folks.

GBworst company ever!! Vivint solar has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. My mom originally signed the contract with vivint and moved to a different state. I now live in the house and paying for the solar services. When my mom moved we called vivint and had them transfer all the billing information and contact information under my name and added me as an authorized user. Since then every time I call in I will need to call my mom and have her give authorization again and again over and over for anything I need to do on the acct. this company is ridiculous and unprofessional. How many time does my mom have to inform the agent over the phone to list me as an authorized person and yet it’s never done!!
