How bad customer service..! How bad customer service, Never respond if you want any reschedule... How people gave 5 star?? Its crazy...last 4 weeks i am trying to reach these people to resolve my issue... Long wait and hold after disconnects,.. Hope you will respond soon.. How about more than a 4 hour hold and its last 2 weeks...! No surprise!!! After days reply no calls yet.. Simply responding and never got a call back..! A week ago replied but never got any calls nor fixed my issue, useless customer service. After long fight they came and fixed the issue, but they damaged my new roof and gutters.

worst company ever!! Vivint solar has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. My mom originally signed the contract with vivint and moved to a different state. I now live in the house and paying for the solar services. When my mom moved we called vivint and had them transfer all the billing information and contact information under my name and added me as an authorized user. Since then every time I call in I will need to call my mom and have her give authorization again and again over and over for anything I need to do on the acct. this company is ridiculous and unprofessional. How many time does my mom have to inform the agent over the phone to list me as an authorized person and yet it’s never done!!

Vivint Sucks!! Go with Solar City! I gave one star because I couldn't rate lower! I have been dealing with Vivint for over a year now with a system that has had more down time than it's been working. This is before we had the issue of extended paperwork delays, installation techs fist fighting in my driveway, and all of the trash that they left behind. Save yourself time and frustration..., go with another solar company!

As a former employee of this company As a former employee of this company, I can tell you they don’t care about the end product of the job only the number. If your roof has bad paper, too bad ! Will it pass inspection? nope. theres a whole list of other things this shady business does but the main thing is the treatment of employees, they literally fired a guy who wasn’t a brown nose for getting off the roof and let a legit drug addict keep his job after falling off with a roof with no rope. the panels are trash also, there are so many things to say about this garbage but not enough time.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! Their customer service is the worst of any company I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely no desire on their part to finish their solar installation. We have 30+ panels on our roof and 2 wall batteries installed 6 months ago that do nothing.
