GBAbsolute slobs!! Arrived on time, put the solar panels on the roof as agreed upon. I’m unaware as of now whether they work since they’re not connected yet. They needed to move various items in my garage to find room to place an electrical box on the wall. In the process they broke a floor based shelf when they torqued it when moving it. They left my garage completely torn apart, didn’t move anything back where it had been, didn’t even sweep up all the sawdust or various small pieces of leftover wood scraps. They left multiple wrappers and trash in my yard. A Vivant jacket was even left on my garage floor. Absolute slobs!!

GBI would rate Vivint Solar a 4.5 instead… I would rate Vivint Solar a 4.5 instead of a 3, but the system isn't running/connected yet, so we don't know how well it actually works yet. But, the guys were excellent: knowledgeable, intelligent, fastidious, accomplished, and a great team that worked very well together and appear to have done excellent work. Time will tell if they earn a 4.5 or not.

GBI have Vivent solar installed on my… I have Vivent solar installed on my house. I would not recommend this company at all. The sales rep never returned calls.. I bought about 50 panels and still have to pay for electricity during winter times. The production is not what sales rep promised.. Do not use the loan company that they recommend, after one year they increased the payments which all is interest. In summary stay away from Vivent Solar...

GBDON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! Their customer service is the worst of any company I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely no desire on their part to finish their solar installation. We have 30+ panels on our roof and 2 wall batteries installed 6 months ago that do nothing.

GBDisappointed time & time again Vivint Solar has disappointed us time and time again. If there was a way to get out of the loan for it, we would discontinue service ASAP. First, the install was not done properly and they are arguing that it's our problem to fix. Their tech nailed something into our wiring which is causing a fire hazard that they won't fix. They're saying we have to prove it. This will require ripping out the ceiling. The lights were working perfectly before the install and went out after solar was installed. It took MONTHS to even get someone to respond to us after we escalated the case. Still, no help, no resolution. We have also been paying $125 per month and the offset has been only $48 on average. We're basically paying MORE for the solar rather than realizing any savings. There is no way to see what your monthly offset is in billing either, which requires extra work to call and ask what was generated. It's a total racket....at least in our experience.
