Raw sewage coming through manhole Called as raw sewage coming through manhole cover and toilet blocked. Told we have to wait 4-7 days even after explaining we have an unwell relative who needs to use the toilet and flush it, also a young child. When asked what we are supposed to do as cannot flush the toilet told you have to wait 4-7 days! Shocking and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Absolutely diabolical!

We had a drain issue, though it was just the downstairs toilet, but when I lifted the manhole it was obviously further down. Call Anglian water, straight through to a very helpful young lady, who explained everything booked it in, apologised it would be up to 4 days before the engineer could come out, which was fine. Got updated by email and text. Call was Sunday afternoon engineer was here Monday just after lunch, gain very polite and helpful and got it all sorted very quickly.

Awful customer service Awful customer service. Totally unhelpful. Says we have 190 litre leak in 24 hours every day since they fitted a smart meter. Nearly a month on they not helpful point blank say its our internal plumbing no sign of leak. Old analogue meter did not pick up leak so why now. Finally have someone coming round in 2 weeks time to check meter. Very rude very arrogant.

Water leakage was discovered and nearly… Water leakage was discovered and nearly 700 pounds refund was calculated by a consultant as a legal leakage allowance...But it needed to be approved supervisor. It ended up 160 even that is less than even one single payment excess. 3 different phone calls t n avail. They brag about allowance but will find excuses not t give it.
