Unorganized pick up from Terminal Pick up from the terminal was very unorganized. Passengers should know exactly where to go and in what order they are in to reduce stress and potential arguments. We waited with several passengers for almost an hour unsure when we would our van would arrive and then watched other passengers walk up to try to jump ahead of us. (Recommend using an app that provides us a pick up sequence number)

I made prepaid reservation for 30 March… I made prepaid reservation for 30 March -5 April for $85.52, when I went to leave the garage on 5 April, I had to use my CC again to leave with a charge of $120. I have emailed 4 times asking for a refund of the CC charge, no reply and no refund

Not enough drivers working Not enough drivers working. Waited over 45 min for pick up do to one driver. Van was unsafe. Brakes were grinding. Numerous passengers were cut by exposed metal from seatbelt mechanism.

Damage from dripping white goo landing… Damage from dripping white goo landing on the hood of my new black Nissan Pathfinder. No one ever got back to me. Estimated damage is $520.00. I wrote numerous times, and tried calling numerous times. irresponsible company dodging the bullet. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PARK HERE Arrived at the garage 10:30 to go on a cruise at the port of Miami which is 1 mile away. My check in time for the cruise was 12:00 so i thought i gave myself enough time. Upon arrival I park on level 9 as instructed and meet with the parking attendant to give my Tag number on level 8. Well there was 5 lines of people each going to a different cruise ship, fine. I get in line for my ship and waited over 1.5 hours in a hot, dark, no air circulating corner of the garage. I don't speak Spanish but the 2 attendants were definitely not happy with each other yelling back and forth. Another review stated about the metal coming out of the seat, well i must have had that back seat because i almost sat on it. Also waited an hour with not getting picked up after the cruise so we ended up paying a taxi $30 to get us to the garage. Pay the extra $ and park at the Terminal if you are cruising!!
