GB4/10/24 They moved garages 4/10/24 They moved garages. Only address listed was the corporate address at 650 NE 2nd ave Miami. Nothing was marked “WePark”. Incompetent operation. Had to call the Corp to get directions to enter the 850 NE 2nd garage? Get a ticket at the gate (unmanned) go up and park on 6-7th floor. See the guy on 7th. Vans pick up/drop off on 7th. (Email did say to park on upper level.)

GBThe experience was good The experience was good. But, being picked up at the port on our way home. That was a different story. People can be so rude and cut you off when you’re disabled. We waited an hour and a half before the courtesy van showed up.

GBNot enough drivers working Not enough drivers working. Waited over 45 min for pick up do to one driver. Van was unsafe. Brakes were grinding. Numerous passengers were cut by exposed metal from seatbelt mechanism.
