GBI’ve used Canopy parking many times I’ve used Canopy parking many times and had good experiences every time. On my latest trip I used the prepaid reservation option. I had used a coupon code and the pricing explanation on the website was a bit difficult to understand. I wasn’t sure if I was getting the proper discount. After looking at it a bit longer I did see that the discount was applied. The scanner at the gate worked perfectly to scan the QR code from my phone. The drivers were great as always.

GBWe had a great experience leaving and… We had a great experience leaving and returning with Canopy. Shuttle was waiting for us when we parked. And the best part was a shuttle pulled up at midnight just as we were walking up to the island outside yhr airport. We couldn’t have been happier.

GBCanopy has consistently improved. Canopy has consistently improved since a bad period around March 2021. Wait time for the bus during my July 4-12 (2022) trip was less than 5 minutes and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Signage in the lot and airport is much clearer than in the past. The on-line reservation system is easy to use and works well. The roads in the lot are still full of potholes though.

GBExceptional Service!! The whole experience was great, as always. Upon arrival, quick pickup and drop off at the airport. Upon landing, virtually no wait, even after landing after midnight. Service was great and it is so convenient knowing my vehicle is safe under cover and I don't need to drag luggage across a parking lot.

GBThe female shuttle bus driver we had on… The female shuttle bus driver we had on July 18th (about 3:30am) is wonderful!! We have had her before. If all employees were as knowledgeable and personable as she is, WOW! Great customer service!
