Canopy Airport Parking takes the stress… Canopy Airport Parking takes the stress out of traveling. Easy to schedule, easy access, easy checkout. Buses run constantly and the staff is always helpful and friendly, plus knowing my vehicle is safe and secure in their covered lot puts my mind at ease.

I’ve used Canopy parking many times I’ve used Canopy parking many times and had good experiences every time. On my latest trip I used the prepaid reservation option. I had used a coupon code and the pricing explanation on the website was a bit difficult to understand. I wasn’t sure if I was getting the proper discount. After looking at it a bit longer I did see that the discount was applied. The scanner at the gate worked perfectly to scan the QR code from my phone. The drivers were great as always.

Canopy knew that they had a problem… Canopy knew that they had a problem with the theft of catalytic converters from their parking lot. They informed customers of this AFTER I was on a trip. I could have used the Valet option had I known. Canopy owes its customers both repayment for their losses and timely publication of information. DO NOT EVER USE THIS FACILITY. True rating is minus 5 stars.

Car was safe and in great condition… Car was safe and in great condition when we returned. One word of advice, please put a sign that lets customers know you have moved your pickup location outside DEN to outside of door 508, rather than door 504, as is stated on the ticket. Even a sign in the old spot or a text to customers would have prevented us from missing 2 buses Sunday evening as we waited in the old spot as designated on our ticket.
