About ParkWhiz

Book Ahead: After you’ve selected a parking facility in the ParkWhiz mobile app or on parkwhiz.com, book a space and prepay for the time you need. You’ll receive a parking pass with instructions to help you park easily. Park Then Pay: For more flexibility, use the ParkWhiz app to pay at select parking facilities without booking ahead. Start a session in the app once you’ve parked, stay as long as you need, and control payment from your phone instead of stopping at the pay station. ParkWhiz for Alexa: Find parking hands-free on any device enabled with Amazon Alexa. Just say “Alexa, find parking” and get a parking recommendation based on where you’re going and when. ParkWhiz for Alexa works both in-car and in-home so you can find parking while focusing on driving or other tasks. Download the ParkWhiz app, available for iOS and Android.

Worst Customer Service Ever! This company used to provide excellent customer service, but no longer!! I purchased two tickets to one parking lot in SF for a total of $40 for an event on the evening of April 18th. When my colleage and I arrived on time, the parking lot was full, with no attendant on duty. The lot only had spaces for 10-12 cars. We had to locate another lot, and was late for our event. I have been trying for several hours to get a refund. I followed all of their procedures, and no response. I will never use them again, and highly advise everyone else to be forewarned. When something goes wrong and you need help, they are nowhere on the planet. Such a shame! This is what happens when a company management that cares about customers gets acquired and they lose their customers, focused only on new customers and do not prioritize customer retention…..a recipe for failure!

Expensive parking, and a scam The parking lot was in a good spot, and they advertise that you can pay by QR code, but the Parkwhiz app didn’t update the parking attendant’s ticket computer, so we got a ticket even though I extended our time way before the original expiration time. The parking attendant said that it doesn’t work to extend the time online, but there are no signs saying so anywhere in the lot. We got a $95 ticket plus paying over $80 for parking.

No customer service. Problem at garage you're on your own. Parkwhiz provided QR code did not work at garage for entry or exit. Called customer service after getting into garage. Long waits, their message was to text so I did. No response. Had to contact garage operator (remote) to exit garage.

Using ParWhiz was annoying Using ParWhiz was annoying. When I got to the parking lot that I had reserved, I didn't realize that I was supposed to take a ticket. So I spent a few minutes trying to use my emailed PassWhiz code to get in. When I left, it was even worse, it told me that my PassWhiz code was "used" and it wouldn't open the gate. I had to wait for an attendant and read the numbers next to the code to him. Finally, I could have gotten the same rate and saved the ParWhiz $1.80 fee by just parking "normally." This turned out to be a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

When I came back When I came back, I found out that my backseat window were broken. Thankfully I took the precious belongings.
