The rewards/frequent park program seems… The rewards/frequent park program seems to have gone away. Called numerous times to get updates with no luck. Online reservations was not working, employees redirect to a different website. I used to love your services, including valet and car wash, all that has stopped as well.

Let departures out on arrival level. Major inconvenience! Valet parking our car was good. However, the transportation bus to airport was performing departures and arrivals at the same time. We (and others) were let outside the luggage carousels - bottom level. My husband had major back surgery 2 months before and I am handicapped. It was quite difficult and time consuming getting to United’s check in. Upon our return, we were picked up promptly. Checking out at Joe’s parking was easy.

Done with Joe’s Everything was great! Service with most everyone was wonderful except one. The Casier was rude to me right off the batt. She had an opportunity to fix that behavior and chose not to. I will NEVER USE Joe’s Parkinf Ever again and go out of my way to recommend against it. Thanks.

It’s close and fine… I use this parking lot often and it’s been fine, the van doesn’t come around as often as other lots at the airport but they get you to the airport fast and everyone working there is pleasant. But, saying that... during the holidays 2017 it was madness. there was no place to park even with a reservation. Thankfully another customer circling too called the desk and was given directions to other spaces, but there should have been people directing cars to open spaces. It was needlessly stressful.
