GBthere is no handicap parking there is no handicap parking. the parking structure doesn't start until the 4th floor and it tends to be pretty packed at times, there's been times where it is so crowded i would circle all the way to the roof and had to come down and asked for valet parking.

GBDone with Joe’s Everything was great! Service with most everyone was wonderful except one. The Casier was rude to me right off the batt. She had an opportunity to fix that behavior and chose not to. I will NEVER USE Joe’s Parkinf Ever again and go out of my way to recommend against it. Thanks.

GBYou change your process continually. You change your process continually. You have "sold" all the spots on the lower levels to others - so if you're buying daily parking you're pretty much guaranteed driving to the very top level. Your driver's are the roughest riders ever imagined. They don't need to jam the accelerator and then slam on the brakes at every stop.

GBNEVER AGAIN NEVER AGAIN! We arrived at LAX, Terminal 7. Shuttles didn‘t even stop, because they were full already. We had to wait 45 minutes and call 3 times until they would finally ask another company for help.

GBThefts happen regularly Close to the airport and seemed safe enough. Be prepared to find your catalytic converter stolen upon return from your trip. When reported, the employee stated that these thefts occur many times a month. They have no liability. Look for a different parking area!
