Not understanding of the situation, where if my flight was late has nothing to do with me picking up the car late and in turn charged me extra money. I don't even have time to begin the bad vibes he gave me. I have no control of the weather so why should I pay extra for mother nature or the pilot's fault?!

You change your process continually. You change your process continually. You have "sold" all the spots on the lower levels to others - so if you're buying daily parking you're pretty much guaranteed driving to the very top level. Your driver's are the roughest riders ever imagined. They don't need to jam the accelerator and then slam on the brakes at every stop.

It’s close and fine… I use this parking lot often and it’s been fine, the van doesn’t come around as often as other lots at the airport but they get you to the airport fast and everyone working there is pleasant. But, saying that... during the holidays 2017 it was madness. there was no place to park even with a reservation. Thankfully another customer circling too called the desk and was given directions to other spaces, but there should have been people directing cars to open spaces. It was needlessly stressful.

Convenient, fast, close, good prices. Highly recommended. Convenient, close, lots of shuttles, quick service, no complaints. Have been using Joe's for three years now, and their service continues to improve, like increased shuttles. Prices are reasonable. I've used others over the years and have had issues - never with Joe's. Would highly recommend.

Let departures out on arrival level. Major inconvenience! Valet parking our car was good. However, the transportation bus to airport was performing departures and arrivals at the same time. We (and others) were let outside the luggage carousels - bottom level. My husband had major back surgery 2 months before and I am handicapped. It was quite difficult and time consuming getting to United’s check in. Upon our return, we were picked up promptly. Checking out at Joe’s parking was easy.
