Excellent Experience! Customer service is excellent. Received the product promptly. We watched a YouTube video from Tom's Key Company first, before attempting to program the new key. The instructions included were very simple. It took less than 10 minutes to program our new key. I highly recommend Tom's Key Company. When we returned the rental devices, our money was refunded promptly. We will definitely use Tom's Key Company again in the future. I recommend it to anyone who needs a new key. If the process doesn't go smoothly... If the process doesn't go smoothly, you're quite literally out of luck. The only customer service is in the form of automated responses and links to YouTube videos. There is no telephone number, there is no one to talk to, there is no one to help you. You are on your own, end of story. Maybe it works out, maybe it doesn't.
