GBWould stay away I did the photo key cut. The product I got was not even close to what I took a picture of. I was instructed to send a new photo of my key next to their cut. After nearly a month I received a new key that was also completely off. I would not use their photo-key service, their technology clearly is not there. The key fob they provided worked but required factory programming, not the provided device. I’d look at other services

GBSelling third party products with Tom's Keys support only available through chat or email. The key fob would program to my car even after talking to technical support at least three times. They even had me go buy a new battery for the key fob and it still didn't work. The kit that I was sold was from Car Keys Express and their tech support said that I needed the newer updated version of the kit and that Tom's Keys would supply such kit. Customer support for Tom's Keys is only available through email or chat, so requesting help from their customer support was very time consuming and frustrating. The person told me that there is no updated kit for my car. They did offer to send me an exact replacement kit, but I already wasted an entire afternoon troubleshooting with Car Keys Express technical support who said that I needed the newer kit. I asked for a refund and shipped the kit back. I was told that I can expect my refund in one to two weeks after they receive the returned item. My money from my debt card for this purchase is now tied up for 3 to four weeks total. Not cool.

GBResponsive support. Refunded for technical issues I tried ordering a key copy and the programmer. The key was cut correctly, and the programmer paired with the app, but there was some kind of technical issue with pairing the new key. I suspect the issue was on my end (the car was bought used and the locks had been changed at some point by the previous owner). Customer support was responsive to my emails and helped troubleshoot. When a solution wasn't found, I was able to send everything back for a full refund. I'd recommend trying Tom's to save money on programming a new key.
