At first I was a bit skeptical to buy… At first I was a bit skeptical to buy this warranty anyway I took a leap of faith an bought it😂😂😂😂 boy I glad I did🤣🤣🤣 boom!!!! my transmission went on my 2013 Toyota Corolla S , An OMEGA replace it 💓🤣 BOOM!!! my water pump went an OMEGA replace it on my 2013 Toyota Corolla S🤣💓 I love this company!! so because I was treated so good when I bought my 2017 Kia optima I didn't think twice about where to get my next extended warranty 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Amega auto care 💓🎈💯🎇👍 an as I'm writing this review today 7/9/23 my 2017 Kia optima car is in the shop for a check engine light problem but I'm not worried 🤣🤣🤣 OMEGA got me covered!!! The customer service is not open on… The customer service is not open on weekends. That's a inconvenience due to people during the week day. Then it takes up to 3 weeks to get reimbursed for a partial paid maintenance plan. Either it should be free or do not offered it especial for the monthly payment I'm paying for your service. I will be looking for another company that's equal to your coverage for a better price.

I paid $3,000 for this extended… I paid $3,000 for this extended warranty and when we tried to use it for a repair that was $2,000 nothing was paid except $175 I believe and that was after being on the phone with Omega and General Motors. We had to pay $1875 on that repair. Unfortunately shortly after that the vehicle was back in the shop because the air conditioner wasn’t work and again we had to pay more than we expected to pay but didn’t have the energy to fight again. Will not recommend your service to anyone.
