Scheduling was very easy Scheduling was very easy, the price was the best I found, and the motorcycle was delivered without a scratch. The only issue was the original pickup date had to change to the next day since the driver didn't have the correct equipment to pick up the bike on the scheduled date. Once we got past the pickup date snafu, communication was great and everything was perfect.

Worry free transport It is important to begin my review by saying that I'm very particular (picky) about how I keep my cars & my motorcycles. I've used Federal twice now, once from southern CA to Spokane, WA & most recently from Vernon, CT to Culver, IN. In both cases the motorcycle being shipped on my behalf was obviously cared for & arrived damage free. They do what they do well. I'd recommend Federal without hesitation.

I have used FunTransport for 5 years I have used FunTransport for 5 years. My motorcycle arrives at its destination on time and without any damage whatsoever. I have used other transport companies and while they might be cheaper, the delivery took three times as long and my motorcycles sustained damage. If you want peace of mind when shipping your motorcycle, look no further!

Customer support (Tesa) was great -- … Customer support (Tesa) was great -- knowledgeable, responsive, great communication. Pick-up and delivery was handled with out any hassle. Shipping time was a couple of days longer than quoted because the hand-off in route was missed. This wasn't an issue since I did not have a deadline or a schedule I had to meet.
