Customer support (Tesa) was great -- … Customer support (Tesa) was great -- knowledgeable, responsive, great communication. Pick-up and delivery was handled with out any hassle. Shipping time was a couple of days longer than quoted because the hand-off in route was missed. This wasn't an issue since I did not have a deadline or a schedule I had to meet.

Fantastic experience Fantastic experience. I shipped two Harleys from San Jose to Chicago and back and everything went great. Bikes were well taken care of - not a scratch on either bike after 4,300 miles of transit. Everyone involved in the process was both friendly and professional. Communication was prompt and tracking was easy throughout. Highly recommend.

This was my first time shipping a bike This was my first time shipping a bike. I shipped from the DC area to San Diego for a trip to Baja and then back from San Diego to DC. It was easy to set up the transport. The folks on the phone were easy to deal with and very knowledgeable I dropped the bike and picked it up at regional warehouses. The warehouse transport workers were very professional, they had some really good pallets And straps for tying the bike down. Everything happened on time and was very professional. I would use this transport service again!

Worry free transport It is important to begin my review by saying that I'm very particular (picky) about how I keep my cars & my motorcycles. I've used Federal twice now, once from southern CA to Spokane, WA & most recently from Vernon, CT to Culver, IN. In both cases the motorcycle being shipped on my behalf was obviously cared for & arrived damage free. They do what they do well. I'd recommend Federal without hesitation.
