GBCustomer support (Tesa) was great -- … Customer support (Tesa) was great -- knowledgeable, responsive, great communication. Pick-up and delivery was handled with out any hassle. Shipping time was a couple of days longer than quoted because the hand-off in route was missed. This wasn't an issue since I did not have a deadline or a schedule I had to meet.

GBHarley Davidson Transport I recently purchased a 1999 Harley Davidson from Paradise Harley Davidson in Beaverton OR and had it shipped to Harrisburg, PA Although the motorcycle was damaged in shipping, Judy Gordon w/ Federal in Peoria, IL has made the claims process painless thus far. I have filed a claim w/ Kimberlee at CRST and am hoping the process goes quickly. I'd just like to announce that Judy Gordon is a true professional in every way. My hat is off. GBSo impressed! So impressed! I have been utilizing the Federal Companies (FunTransport) to ship motorcycles between Maryland & Las Vegas since 2007 - probably 7-8 times total. Never had any issues. The customer service is always outstanding at every turn.

GBFantastic experience Fantastic experience. I shipped two Harleys from San Jose to Chicago and back and everything went great. Bikes were well taken care of - not a scratch on either bike after 4,300 miles of transit. Everyone involved in the process was both friendly and professional. Communication was prompt and tracking was easy throughout. Highly recommend.
