Honest I purchased a groupon for a transmission flush. When I arrived for my 10a appointment, I was informed that they were running behind. Luckily, I scheduled the service right before a trip out of town so we had a rental to ride around and pass the time. By 3p, I still hadn't heard anything so we headed back to the shop and were told that the service was not done because of a bigger transmission issue. I appreciated their honesty. The service was already paid for so they very well could've gone ahead without regard but they didn't. The wait time was ridiculous but I'd wait again for honest service!

My experience using Cottman. Cottman vehicle service center were very detailed in checking my Jeep for preventive issues. I was well pleased with the service and discounts applied to my vehicle. I will use them again without hesitation

Satisfied I did have to return to have a fluid leak fixed. City man made the repair in a timely manner. I would recommend them to others.

Great customer service! Very friendly husband/wife operation. They had great customer service both on the phone and in person, actually listened to my problems, gave me options for solving them, and I didn't feel like they were just trying to do "business" and take all of my money. Genuine care went into checking my car over and fixing the issue. Very glad I was referred here I will be back in the future!

What wonderful service What wonderful service! Though my car needed more than just transmission work, they kept me up-to-date on the repairs that were being done as well as any additional work that needed to be done as they were working on my car. Service was quick and thorough!
