Great friendly front staff Great friendly front staff. Fast Service. Full transmission rebuild (not just replace) in 4 days. Vehicle was ready when promised. Work was first class. Undercar inspection revealed everything back to factory standards. Transmission performance is excellent. Only time will tell durability. But with 2 year warranty and current performance not worried about durability. Technician was very knowledgeable about my old 700R4.

They committed to standing behind their work and if any issues occur within the warranty period they will honor and fix the problem/s. His goal is for you not to come back. Had mine worked on and person didn’t honor their issues blaming it on something else, spent $3000 still not fixed.

Very professional Our 2003 Chevy Malibu had issues with the anti-theft system: at random times it would forget it's key and go into 10 minute lockout mode. Cottman's diagnosed, replaced ignition lock and housing, and reprogrammed computer to recognize all this. Pricey, but probably better than dealer would have charged. They are very honest and reliable.

I took my truck in for a diagnostic… I took my truck in for a diagnostic test because the transmission was Slipping in 2nd and 3rd gear. I paid 100 bucks and got it back to find out what’s wrong with it and they told me the transmission was shot. They needed to take the transmission out for a complete diagnostic To tell me what exactly was wrong with it which would be a additional $500 I declined on the offer. But they were friendly and gave me Price ranges on how I should build my trans for the every day work I do with my truck.
