GBAvoid at all costs Avoid at all costs. Ordered two collars and paid for two years subscription on both collars. One collar worked fine. Second collar wouldn’t pick up Wi-Fi at home, gave no notifications and didn’t track accurately. After a few emails with sporadic replies I returned one collar, expecting a refund. Immediately second collar stopped working and despite four emails I have had no reply. Now left with one collar that doesn’t work at all and I am several hundred pounds out of pocket. Customer service is shambolic.

GBGlitzy website does not a good service… Glitzy website does not a good service make. Having been searching for various cat trackers we stumbled across Pawtrack and their glitzy websitrle and false claims. A month later we still await our product and now notice these awful reviews. Fortunately, we have now ordered from two other companies that are providing an excellent service.

NZAvoid. I purchased a collar and a subscription. Found the collar to be unreliable and asked to return it for a refund (in line with refund policy). The company confirmed that performance issues were known. I sent the physical collar back to the UK. Never received a refund for the collar nor the subscription. Was auto billed this year and could not get hold of company to cancel or reverse this. And am unable to log into app.

GBDifficult to cancel membership Helpful to use this tracker. Customer service reps were responsive, nice, and professional when I needed help replacing a lost item and getting new batteries. However, they have not responded to 1 single request to cancel my membership. I have reached out over 4 times in 3 weeks. This membership auto renewed, and a customer service rep will not respond to my request for help to cancel.

GBInitially we gave up with the setup as… Initially we gave up with the setup as the simultaneous setup of 2 collars caused them to clash rendering both unresponsive. However, last week when one cat ended up in a police station we decided to persevere with a single setup. Although initially OK, less than 24 hours later our cat managed to free himself of the collar; despite being a large it felt small. The final insult is that the GPS doesn't update so we can't even locate it.
