Authentic and Awesome Experience 2020 Toyota Tundra Platinum Crewmax with bedrail system. Customer Service was great but mostly the price was unbeatable. The item arrived via Fedex with zero damage and within 4 days of ordering. I ordered 2 covers from both of my trucks. I was worried for sure based upon other reviews and comments. Buyer beware You may get a low price but you will get ZERO support if your product comes in wrong or damaged. They immediately throw up their hands and send you to the manufacturer. I ordered a Retrax PowertTraxPRO. The cover came in bent and oversized. After speaking with their "customer service", he had me take dozens of photos only to say call retrax... Retrax asked 3 questions and sent the replacement. After expressing my concern to Peter at TonneausCovered, I was told to shop local. Won't be doing business with them again.
