Authentic and Awesome Experience 2020 Toyota Tundra Platinum Crewmax with bedrail system. Customer Service was great but mostly the price was unbeatable. The item arrived via Fedex with zero damage and within 4 days of ordering. I ordered 2 covers from both of my trucks. I was worried for sure based upon other reviews and comments. Backordered at BAK and lost by FedEx but finally received It took a couple of weeks for the cover to become available due to a back order at BAK. Once that was settled, the cover was shipped right away via FedEx. FedEx admitted they lost the cover half way to my destination somewhere in Ohio. I got in touch with tonneaucovered.com and they tracked it down and it was delivered that week!
