Fantastic Company, fantastic prices Was a little apprehensive because of the "call is for a price" way of doing business. But I texted them, they sent me a price for the tonneau cover I wanted and it was $300 cheaper than I had been quoted or found on other sites. It also had free shipping and no sales tax outside Arizona. So, long story short, I bought a Retrax bed cover from them. It arrived within a week bia FedEx and I installed it in about 35 minutes. Everything was great from the price, to the customer service, to the constant order updates and the cover arrived in perfect condition. Super happy.

Excellent buying experience I purchased Amp Research Power Steps. The good customer reviews brought me to this site. Now I know why they have great customer reviews!!I’ve never experienced the degree of excellent customer service that was provided by Peter. We traded emails that he answered promptly. I had a few questions that were not only answered promptly but they also provided additional assistance for installation of the power side steps I ordered. This was an awesome experience and I cant wait to order something else from them in the future!! I highly recommend them!!!

Buyer beware You may get a low price but you will get ZERO support if your product comes in wrong or damaged. They immediately throw up their hands and send you to the manufacturer. I ordered a Retrax PowertTraxPRO. The cover came in bent and oversized. After speaking with their "customer service", he had me take dozens of photos only to say call retrax... Retrax asked 3 questions and sent the replacement. After expressing my concern to Peter at TonneausCovered, I was told to shop local. Won't be doing business with them again.
