The way car care should be The way car care should be! Jody and the folks at Cottman were professional and a representation of how to conduct a customer focused business. They explained what was and was not wrong with my older vehicle. They offered suggestions about the next steps to remedy my car problems and when I should revisit Cottman. Being able to trust what a professional says is important to me, and I not only trust the folks at Cottman but respect the way that they treat their customers. I will gladly bring my car back to Cottman because I am confident that I will be treated right.

Who says there's no honesty and integrity anymore?!? The manager, Jody, at Cottman Transmission of Durham, was very professional and kind! He explained the issues with my transmission, and even took me into the shop to visualize the problems. He recommended rebuilding the transmission, and not to go ahead with the transmission oil and filter change. He did not charge me anything, even though, they had to add a quart and a half of transmission fluid before they could take it for a test drive. I commend them all for their honesty and helpfulness during my first visit to their shop! Thank you and I will definitely be back when I have the funds available for the transmission rebuild!
