Charging my credit card before the… Charging my credit card before the hitch was available from the distributor was a bonehead move which wasted a lot of everyone's time. Especially as the email response to the back order notification canceling the order was ignored. Adding each email address to the direct mail list is a poorly informed plan which just generates poor will. There are better ways to run an ecommmerce business.

I can’t believe how quickly I received… I can’t believe how quickly I received it. Everything needed for the baseplate install and electrical wiring was packed in a separate box, baseplate and tow bar each in another box, now all I need is the RV back from service! Great job!!

HitchSource came through, however … This is a difficult time to order anything related to outdoor recreation. I went through several weeks of not being able to get my hitch. HitchSource came through! Yay! However, I do have some issues. They don't answer their email or their voice mail and all they'll tell you is that a shipping label has been created, not that it has shipped — which is exactly what you hear from a retailer who doesn't have inventory and can't get inventory and can't get a response from the drop ship distributor. They all drop ship. In my experience, I thought I'd moved on to the next loser. Then the hitch showed up. Surprise!

Our transaction went well We needed the plat forms for our camper tiedowns, we had trouble finding them until we found the website. Our transaction went well once we found out where to go to make the purchase. We actually called Tork-lift and the gentleman ordered it for us. He was very helpful and friendly and ordering was a snap! They were easy to install as the directions had indicated.
