GBToby was a great help finding the parts… Toby was a great help finding the parts that I needed and the prices were excellent. He explained that one of the parts was backorder but I ordered it anyway. I found the part available elsewhere, and since my trip is quickly approaching, I canceled the order. My refund was issued the next morning. Great company , prices and employees!

GBI highly recommend this place I highly recommend this place. They are great. I had questions and they responded immediately. I also wanted to know where my package was they searched and responded immediately. I will continue to use them for any needs my husband may have with there merchandise. GBOrdered a hitch that was said to be… Ordered a hitch that was said to be delivered in approximately 1 week, I called after 2 weeks and was told that the hitch had not even shipped and in fact wasn't even in stock and they weren't sure when they would be able to ship. I understand there are sometimes some inventory issues, but the fact that 2 weeks had gone by amd noone even tried to reach out to let me know was very frustrating. I cancelled my order.

GBHave been buying from Hitch Source for… Have been buying from Hitch Source for over 6 years, always great service. My parts always arrive very fast in FL within two days. Due to price, i purchased my SMI Stay N Play Duo braking system from a nationwide retailer (due to price) what a mistake. They took my $1000+ within minutes and did not ship my in stock item for 20 days. Never again.Other Blue Ox components required to complete the installation were purchased from Hitch Source.

GBAwesome Customer Service I called the store after hours and left a message stating my concerns with my weight distribution hitch, asking for a return call. On Monday morning Pete called me and we worked thru my issue and he gave me the right change for my issue. To my surprise, he was not at the shop, he was on vacation. He responded to me twice, once on the phone and once by email, both times he was on vacation. That is exceptional customer service. He showed he cares about his customers, I haven’t seen that in a long time!
