I was very impressed with their 'after the sale' attention and focus to get this right, on such a small one hitch purchase. All parts and pieces were there with excellent, easy to follow instructions. When a company has representatives that care that much, it deserves attention and accolades. The install was as described, it looks beautiful, well hidden and very functional. Grateful to have found this awesome company. And my sweet ol' Jag can now haul bicycles on a rack and even tow should I ever need to.

Toby was a great help finding the parts… Toby was a great help finding the parts that I needed and the prices were excellent. He explained that one of the parts was backorder but I ordered it anyway. I found the part available elsewhere, and since my trip is quickly approaching, I canceled the order. My refund was issued the next morning. Great company , prices and employees!
