GBCharging my credit card before the… Charging my credit card before the hitch was available from the distributor was a bonehead move which wasted a lot of everyone's time. Especially as the email response to the back order notification canceling the order was ignored. Adding each email address to the direct mail list is a poorly informed plan which just generates poor will. There are better ways to run an ecommmerce business.

GBHave been buying from Hitch Source for… Have been buying from Hitch Source for over 6 years, always great service. My parts always arrive very fast in FL within two days. Due to price, i purchased my SMI Stay N Play Duo braking system from a nationwide retailer (due to price) what a mistake. They took my $1000+ within minutes and did not ship my in stock item for 20 days. Never again.Other Blue Ox components required to complete the installation were purchased from Hitch Source.

GBRemco/Drive line disconnect for my 2001 Tacoma Dbl Cab 4X4 I had a really hard time finding a Remco/Superior drive line disconnect kit. I called all over the country. Hitchsource in Oregon was able to get one shipped to me. Thank You -Toby- for putting this together. He was able to contact the manufacturer and have one made for my 2001 Tacoma 4X4 Dbl Cab.

GBno longer available but in stock? Made my order, payed for my order, waited for shipping info, found out the product was no longer available. How do you report in stock, sell and charge for a product that is not even produced any more? Money was eventually refunded but...
